This national contractor provides design and build, new build and refurbishment services to clients throughout the country through its business offices around the country. They turn over in excess of £300m and work with registered partners, local authorities and private developers to develop communities, public sector and commercial properties
Their focus is the reputation of their staff and business, which leads them to a very large repeat business order book and goes someway to showing how they are growing so quickly.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible safe, timely and profitable completion of residential construction projects to £50m on tradition D&B projects.
Ideally you will have a main contractor background and will be comfortable with running a variety of schemes including Student Accommodation, Commercial and, Residential. You will be accountable for value engineering the project and will be used to suggesting for cost and time effective solutions to get the project completed.
You will also be used to liaising with government and local authority departments and will be responsible for the upkeep of the drawing register. Having an understanding of BREEAM will also be advantageous for this role as well as being chartered.
Qualifications & Experience
You will be able to demonstrate a stable career background, alongside the experience of running projects to £50m as a lead Project Manager. You will hold a CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate. Ideally the right applicant will also hold a construction related qualification.
