Their diverse team and broad service offering have steadily grown over the last ten years, they now have seven offices across the UK.
An Engineering and Facilities Management consultancy job has arisen in their London location. Due to the ongoing success of the MEP Engineering team, they require a Maintenance Engineer/Consultant to survey/advise stake holders
You purpose will be to provide advice and support with the operation and ongoing Building Services management of their client’s properties. You will have influence of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health) services maintenance, design, planning, construction.
As an Engineering and Facilities Management Consultant to the Building Services and Facilities Management, you will provide support to Building Owners, Facilities Managers, Landlords, Tenants and Building Users during the Whole Life Cycle of buildings and portfolios including
• strategic maintenance management and audits
• life cycle assessments
• commissioning management
• plant replacement/upgrades and solutions to all technical problems
You will be fully supported and be an intrinsic part of the Building Services team, working closely with mechanical and electrical engineers.
Qualifications & Experience
• HNC/HND in a mechanical or electrical subject
• Demonstratable knowledge of maintenance and installation of HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical services
• Good communication skills with Clients and Maintenance companies
• Able to work independently and within a team
