The Company

This successful multidisciplinary consultancy is offering the great opportunity for a CAD/Revit MEP Technician to be the newest addition to be part of their London, Building Services team. Providing clients and custom a variation of services within the Architectural, Building Services Engineering, Cost Consultancy, Project Management sectors and much more with the wide range of projects such as Residential, Commercial, Education, Health Facilities and more.

The Role

Responsibilities include:
• Assist project team leaders in managing drawing production / records and associated drawing management and protocols.
• Ensure that design work is checked by Senior Engineers prior to issue. Attendance at various project/technical meetings.
• Day to day management and execution of project work.
• Support work on research, marketing, presentations and seminars
• Undertake drawing production via CAD / Revit MEP and support Building Services Engineers in the design and delivery of projects.
• Undertake administrative tasks.
• Refer all matters of a legal/ contractual/ financial nature to a Partner.
• Actively participate in co-ordinating with other design team members as part of a multi-skilled team (both internally and externally).
• Assist in carrying out site surveys, where appropriate.
• Fulfil the general requirements: filing, office procedures and layering conventions (CAD)

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:
• Relevant qualification in Computer Aided Design (2D and 3D)
• Fully competent on latest version of AutoCAD / Revit MEP
• Previous work knowledge of the process of REVIT
• Ideally minimum experience of 2 years within the role
