The Role

BSV have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our friendly office in Central Woking, the ideal candidate will join our friendly office to provide part-time support to the busy team. Ideally, you will have an interest in recruitment or sales, great attention to detail and a confident telephone manner. This role would ideally suit a school leaver who is driven, ambitious and possesses a will to succeed.

Reporting directly to the Team Manager liaising with all team members to provide administrative support to colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service, the role will be varied and you will be given on-going training.

The ideal candidate will have basic office experience and customer service skills, reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious whilst displaying common sense and flexibility, the role will involve:

•Taking/Screening telephone calls - confident telephone manner

•Supporting day-to-day activities as required

•CV formatting

•Updating contacts on database

•Good working attitude, positive approach and flexible on your work duties.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•IT skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


•Ad-hoc duties as required

•Opportunities for career progression


•Educated to GCSE level

•Some basic office experience is desirable

•Confident telephone manner

•Good working attitude, positive approach and flexible on your work duties.

This role is best suited to a school leaver who is keen to kick start their career in Administration/Recruitment with the opportunity for career progression, the role is based either on a full time or part time basis Monday to Friday.
