The Role

The Role:
As an Electrical Project Engineer for our client, some of your responsibilities will include:
• Responsible for the administration, design, installation and Commissioning of Building Services Engineering projects
• Assist in the management of administration, design, testing and installation.
• Delivery of projects, while insuring health and safety compliance
• Relationship management with clients and attend regular client meetings on project progress
• Creating and maintaining budget plans
• Review of 3rd party information i.e Design calculations, Method statements, Commissioning docs and handover docs
• Participating in and contributing to team meetings
• Identifying issues and problems with the scope and progress of a projects
• Distributing information to project team members
• Communicating effectively with co-workers, clients and subcontractors.
• Updating project plans to include agreed changes

Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrable knowledge of Building Services design and installations
• Member of CIBSE would be preferred but not essential
• Demonstrable knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
• Demonstrable understanding of Building Services standards, Codes of practise and Building regulations
