The Role

An outstanding career opportunity has arisen for an aspiring recruitment consultant to join BSV Recruitment Engineering Team, a fresh-thinking, fast-paced business that has been going from strength to strength. We meet tough recruitment goals within challenging deadlines, without compromising quality.

We are looking for motivated and personable Recruitment Consultants ideally with 1 – 3 years’ experience in recruitment to join our in-house recruitment team. Based in central Woking, the role works within a specialist team as part of a lively and busy office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional, fun and rewarding environment.

The Ideal candidate will have recruitment experience, be proven in providing and delivering an outstanding level of quality candidates Dynamic, energetic and motivated and are able to manage your own work load confidently. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be integral to the smooth running of recruitment in the agency; finding the perfect candidates and matching them to some great clients.

What is required?

The successful applicants will be required to demonstrate the following:

•Telephone-based sales and customer service

•Candidate network building and maintenance

•Telephone and face-to-face interviewing

•Achieving weekly and monthly activity and financial targets

•Client-business relationship generation and management

•Client site meetings and presentations

•Commitment to high level customer services and practices

Qualifications & Experience

The successful candidates will have:

•1-3 years sales experience

•Drive, ambition and the will to succeed

•A proven background in delivering to targets
