The Role

We are looking for motivated and personable Recruitment Consultants to join our in-house recruitment team. Based in central Woking, the role works in a close-knit specialist team as part of a lively and busy office. This is a unique opportunity to work in a professional, fun and rewarding environment.
You will be:

Dynamic, energetic and motivated and are able to manage your own work load confidently. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be integral to the smooth running of recruitment in the agency; finding the perfect candidates and matching them to some great clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Client-business relationship generation and management

• Client site meetings and presentations

• Telephone and face-to-face interviewing

• Achieving weekly and monthly activity and financial targets

• Telephone-based sales and customer service

• Candidate network building and maintenance

• Commitment to high level customer services and practices

You will have:

• 1-3 years sales experience

• Drive, ambition and the will to succeed

• A strong work ethic

• IT skills – Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• A proven background in delivering to targets

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
