Core Responsibilities:
You will be part of a team and have strong technical skills, demonstrating good leadership and problem solving. Planning is essential as you will need to manage a team with junior members. You should be good at client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 7 years of building services experience.
• Be able to produce drawings, conduct site surveys, manage projects and costings.
• Check calculations of drawings.
• Collaborate with other team members and contribute to tender reviews, fee estimation sheets etc.
• Site surveys, construction stage duties, project management.
• Make client presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:
A degree in Building Services Engineering.
A CIBSE professional registration (CEng or progressing towards it).
Software experience: Microsoft, Dialux, Amtech, Revit.
Knowledge of British Standards, Building Regulations, HTMs.
Experience in managing Engineers, Apprentices and Graduates.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Able to travel to office in Birmingham and to clients across the region.
