One of our local clients is looking to expand the MEP team and recruit a MEP CAD/Revit Technician. The client offers an intelligent CAD solution within the field of Building Services. Our client believes you should understand what you are drawing and not just have the ability to trace lines. Because they work from red lines, pdf’s or hand mark-ups always liaising with the relevant parties to make sure the information is accurate. The job would require producing: MEP, Architectural, Interior Design and lighting BIM models to relevant LOD and LOI required​. MEP, Architectural, Interior Design and lighting 2D CAD. Planning drawings.

Job responsibilities:

• Monitor the shared jobs mailbox and liaise with team to ensure all work is undertaken efficiently.
• Review work submitted by clients to your personal and shared inbox and liaise where tasks are unclear.
• Setup REVIT or CAD files to client requirements, producing clear drawings to be marked up on by client.
• Work with clients to maintain productive working relationship.
• Ability to QA own work before submittal.
• Produce REVIT or CAD files to client’s standards.
• Maintain files in an orderly manner on internal and client’s document systems.
• Package information for issue to clients
• Accurately maintain timesheets within Temponia

Skills and requirements

• To ensure deadlines are met, escalating any at risk projects to a director in a timely manner.
• To prioritise competing deadlines.
• To be proficient in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Have a broad understanding BEP, EIR, etc
• Be familiar with industry standards.
• Understanding of ACC and other CDE’s
• being communicative in English in order to represent the company to clients
