Our Leeds based client is an independent firm of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) consulting engineers, specializing in Lighting, Building Performance, and Mission Critical systems. Core Responsibilities:
To be successful in applying for this role, you will have a relevant degree augmented by 2 to 3 years experience working in the Building Services sector.

The purpose of this role is to provide the design and technical input for their project delivery. Working closely with the project team and Project Leader, you will actively contribute to the projects you work on using the technical knowledge that you have gained in your studies and your work experience to date as well as through the training you will receive with them.

Because you will be representing our client both internally and externally, it will therefore be important that you maintain the highest standards of technical excellence, professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.

Technical Skills:
• Assist with design calculations and ensure correct implementation of solutions.
• Create drawings, reports, and specifications to clearly communicate project requirements.
• Continuously expand knowledge of building services design for deeper expertise.
• Use CAD/digital tools to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
• Share knowledge and lessons learned with the team.
• Stay updated on technical excellence and industry trends.
• Follow the project’s QA process when appropriate.
• Assist in producing well-thought-out technical solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success.
• Follow the QA process to maintain quality and technical accuracy of all deliverables.
