The responsibilities for the role of a Junior Mechanical Design Engineer:

The role will include mechanical design on low carbon systems, including renewable energy heating systems, thermal modelling, HVAC systems, gas distribution and more. Full training will be provided on aspects you did not cover in university.

This is the ideal role for graduates who covered building services design in university, looking to establish a long-term career with an industry leading organisation through extensive training and career development.

The requirements and skills needed:

• Mechanical Design degree or Building Services Degree
• Must have experience in Building Services within your studies
• Looking to hone and expand your skillset in building services through extensive guidance and training.

• being able to do low carbon and renewable energy system design – including energy modelling and heat loss calculations.
• AutoCAD drawing and technical writing.
• familiar with the software such as IES VE and Revit MEP
