The company:

One of my clients in Kent area is a well established consultancy running since 1990 and now they are well respected Building Services organisation looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineers for their Building Services team. Their work is mainly based in healthcare projects but all the experiences would be considered.

The job responsibilities for the Senior/Associate Electrical Engineer:
You would manage projects with M&E resource allocated, direct client facing role, reporting to M/E directors.
manage the small team of Junior Electrical Design Engineers
preparing the design for the projects and discussing the project with the rest of the team
Preferable to have some experience in healthcare projects and awareness of design guidance such as HTM/HBN

Job requirements:

a)+5 years industry experience within design office (contractor/consultancy)
b)Preferable to have recent Healthcare experience and awareness of design guidance such as HTM/HBN’s
c)Experience of design software, such as Amtech, Dialux AutoCAD, Revit MEP as well as general Microsoft suite of applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
d)Strong technical capabilities, and experience of problem solving

Salary = £60k-£70k
Annual leave allowance = 31 days. Plus UK Bank Holidays.
Pension = Company contribution of 5%, no upper threshold applied (i.e. in addition to 5% minimum personal contribution).
Flexible/Hybrid working arrangement – Minimum 2 days/week office based.
