Key Responsibilities:

• Design and specify Building Services engineering installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions for projects, including laboratories, hospitals, and data centers.
  • Conduct site surveys, quality inspections, and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to understand their objectives and provide practical solutions.
  • Support the development of junior engineers and contribute to the team’s overall success.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Demonstratable experience in Building Services Engineering within the UK.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of technical projects, with evidence of hands-on experience in various sectors.
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to the growth of our employee-owned business.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in relevant design software (IES, AutoCAD, etc) .
