Our client is a multi-disciplinary international consultancy specialising in Building Services. They deliver high quality engineering designs across commercial, residential and industrial sectors, and truly value sustainability and innovation. This dynamic consultancy have recently have expanded into their brand new North London offices and are looking for a passionate Electrical Design Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

This leading consultancy are looking for an Electrical Design Engineer with at least 3 years UK based building services experience. You would need a strong technical background and be able to manage projects from start to finish. This role would involve designing electrical systems, (layouts for commercial and residential buildings) onsite surveys – creating reports from this, and liasing confidently with clients, presenting proposals and writing reports.

Key Requirements:

• Electrical Engineering Degree or a related field, ideally to a Masters level.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Trimble, Dialux or Relux and other relevant design software.
• A strong understanding of UK Building regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication skills
• Relevant industry certifications like CIBSE or IET.
