My client is a medium sized growing MEP consultancy and they are currently looking for a MEP CAD/ Revit Technician to join their growing team in Kent. This consultancy is working on various sectors within Building Services across the board e.g commercial, residential, healthcare, data centres and more and therefore you would be able to work on some great projects.

Job Role as a MEP CAD Technician:

Becoming efficient in Revit and other design software.
creating AutoCAD drawings for M&E projects
Assisting with projects through hands on approach.
Pro-activeness in understanding new industry ideas and developments within Building Services
Assisting with projects from inception through to completion.
Developing and implementing project based technical standards.
Good working knowledge of any CAD Package ideally Bentley MicroStation / AutoCAD / Revit
Experience working in building services environment
Good knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health Engineering terminology
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
