The Revit MEP Role
We require an experienced Revit MEP Technician to join a design team on a short-term contract. This is a high-profile, multi-million-pound HVAC installation project and a unique MEP Revit opportunity. You can contribute your expertise on Stage 4 of the design and will work closely with this established MEP contractor’s MEP design team.
This is a 6 month temporary MEP Revit contract role involving work on £6m HVAC Mechanical Building Services package.

The ideal candidate will have:
- REVIT experience in residential and commercial building projects
- Using Revit MEP to create complex 3D building systems and geometries for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, IT, containment and fire protection systems
- Working from Engineer’s mark-up’s and sketches under minimum supervision to produce MEP drawings in Revit MEP
- Proven hands-on Experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit
- Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT
- Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
- 5-10 Years minimum knowledge within a similar environment
- Identify and resolve any clashes or issues within the Revit model.
