Join a dynamic, forward-thing consultancy driving sustainable innovation in building design.  We are looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 4 years’ experience across a range of projects, including Commercial, Residential, Healthcare, Heritage, Industrial, and Retail sectors. The role involves close collaboration with clients, architects, and M&E contractors throughout the process.

 Key Design Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design and coordinate with architects, clients, and consultants
• Run thermal modelling, equipment sizing, and carbon analysis
• Mentor junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with client goals, regulations, and sustainability targets
• Attend site visits and ensure design intent is delivered
• Manage scope, fees, and deadlines with confidence

 Key Requirements & Qualifications / What you bring

• Minimum 4 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Building Services.
• Degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering (or relevant engineering degree).
• Proven track record in Building Services
• Skilled in IES, AutoCAD, and Revit
• Strong knowledge of UK regs, CIBSE guidelines, and CDM responsibilities
• Excellent communicator and team leader
