An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a forward-thinking Building Services Consultancy based in Plymouth, Devon – a city known for its vibrant maritime heritage, stunning countryside, and beautiful beaches! Moreover, our client delivers sustainable design and consultancy services across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, and Education.
Currently, we’re looking for a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer to:
🔹 Lead and deliver a variety of exciting projects
🔹 Mentor junior engineers and support team development
🔹 Shape the future of the Electrical Engineering team
The Client

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Office Director in managing the Electrical Team and operations.
- Lead delivery of diverse electrical projects across education, healthcare, residential, and more.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive new business.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, sharing knowledge and guidance.
- Manage team resources and workloads for timely project delivery.
- Drive growth and expansion of the Electrical Team.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and delivering electrical engineering projects.
- Strong technical design knowledge across multiple sectors.
- Excellent communication and IT skills.
- Chartered Engineer (CEng) status preferred.
- Leadership skills with team and resource management experience.
- Track record of successful project delivery.
- Driven, creative, and client-focused.
