The Role

We are seeking an experienced BIM Technician to join an established team of Security design engineers. As a BIM Technician experienced using Revit, you will be working on high-profile, multi-million-pound international projects. This role will involve working with architects and electrical engineers. You will be required develop Security models that work with MEP systems.
You will take responsibility of delivery and production chasing information from other design team members as required.
This is a permanent BIM/Revit position, knowledge of MEP Revit is an advantage, The project is a Hi-Rise residential new build.
To be considered for this role applicants will have:

• REVIT experience across data centre, commercial and hi risk environments
• Using Revit to create complex 3D building systems and geometries for security and electrical, fire alarm, IT, containment systems.
• Working with Security Engineers under minimum supervision to produce Security system drawings in Revit.
• Proven hands-on Experience of Autodesk Building Design Suite, which includes Revit
• Practical knowledge of 3D BIM/REVIT
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D
• 5-10 Years minimum knowledge within a similar environment.
• Identify and resolve any clashes or issues within the Revit model.
