The Opportunity:
As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in a variety of projects, working alongside a knowledgeable and supportive team of engineers. You will contribute to the design, specification, and delivery of mechanical building services systems, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, budget constraints, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead mechanical design and specification of building services systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, energy systems) for new builds and refurbishments
• Collaborate with architects, quantity surveyors, and other professionals to integrate mechanical systems into overall building designs
• Perform site inspections, surveys, and assessments to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and sustainability standards
• Contribute to the development of innovative, energy-efficient mechanical solutions

Qualifications & Experience:
• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
• Several years of experience in mechanical design within the building services industry
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other mechanical engineering tools
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
