Secondly, innovation, and improvement form part of our continual development, in addition we work to remove the traditional boundaries that hinder the creative and collaborative processes. Finally, they are looking for a specialist in Revit MEP and somebody who can manage the projects too.

 

This role will require the individual to:

In addition, you should manage/Coordinate MEP project(s) (planning/budgeting/design/execution/handover
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project requirements.
Communicate regularly with clients/stakeholders to provide updates/address issues.
Lead the preparation of MEP documentation
Produce quality, detailed, coordinated AEC 3D models.
Produce quality 2D sheet Production Outputs.
Lead coordination/review meetings (internally and externally).
Finally, lead the team in project delivery.

Have the desire, drive, and willingness to continuously develop and learn.
Technical problem-solving abilities.
Initiative in delivering to time/budget.
Besides, you should be a Team player.

 

Qualifications and experience:

Essential:

Firstly, you have to have strong experience in the Construction Industry.
Secondly, you should know how to use EDMS systems.
Know how to use software (Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, & AutoCAD).
Have a good understanding of clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks.
Have knowledge of the key spatial coordination rules of MEP services.
Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
Equally important, knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages.
Interpret Schematics and Schedules
Knowledge of the RIBA Construction stages.
Finally, experience in delivering MEP/Building Services drawing production

Desirable:

Furthermore, Higher Qualifications relevant to the industry.
GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Math’s and English.
Moreover, know how to Implement BIM Technology to facilitate project needs.
Skilled use of Solibri/Revizto.
Lastly, use of Parametric and smart solutions for the betterment of project delivery.
