The company specialises in intelligent Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) design and sustainability, delivering innovative, low-carbon solutions across a wide range of building projects.

Their in-house expertise continues to expand, enabling them to provide integrated design and consultancy services for commercial, residential, and public-sector developments. Sustainability is embedded in everything they do — from concept through to completion — with a strong focus on energy efficiency, building performance, and practical, high-quality design.

The team is known for its collaborative culture and commitment to professional development. You’ll be joining an environment that values learning, teamwork, and creativity, with opportunities to grow your technical skills and gain hands-on experience on real projects.

The Role

Key Responsibilities as a Junior MEP CAD Technician:

  • Set up project drawings and files to support engineers and design teams.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining drawing blocks, templates, and standards for project use.

  • Support Revit modelling and gain exposure to Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes.

  • Take responsibility for document control and maintaining organised project records.

  • Work closely with the BIM Manager and wider design team to meet daily tasks and deadlines.

  • Some experience or strong interest in MEP AutoCAD or similar design software (training will be provided).

  • A genuine enthusiasm for construction, design, and technology.

  • Good communication skills with a positive attitude toward teamwork and learning.

  • Well-organised, reliable, and able to manage tasks and deadlines effectively.
